I Like… I Don’t Like…
Yesterday in two of my classes, I had my students write lists of things they liked and didn’t like so we could then turn them into phrases and conversations. Their answers were so incredible I have to share them, I took their answers and ran them through Wordle, a website that will take text and then display words visually to show their popularity / common use. The results are… breathtaking… So, enjoy my 6th an 8th grade classes top 10 likes and dislikes. My favorites?
Likes: chips, strawberries, easy work, milkshakes
Dislikes: poachers, nasty boys, red (color), domestic animals, being embarrassed
