Lessons learned:
1) Read the fine print on your roaming plan.
2) Wireless providers are a bunch of hustlers.
Guy got on the Clark Howard show to get the case investigated. The internet provider offered to drop the fee down to $17,000. As if it sending one movie over the airwaves to Mexico costs them 17 grand. Generous.
